Tyara began her fitness journey during her Sophomore year in college, starting with strength training, yoga and later with intense cycling. After graduating she switched to less cardio and more explosive based training incorporating push and pull mechanics. She found her passion in building muscle and lifting heavy to further her development. With her degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology and being a part of Lululemon for 3 years now, she enjoyed incorporating a bit of everything to enhance performance for all the activities she loves to participate in.
From being a client at Project Sculpt to becoming a trainer, she strives to push that activation of work to be done when we all enter the room.
Tyara’s determination and belief in that inner power we all have drives the class all the way through. She holds space for people to do their best and win every moment with no hesitation because we are all capable of tapping into our truest form and push past our “set” capacity. We can always do more.
When Tyara is not training, she is on the ambulance saving lives, spending time with loved ones or taking sculpt classes to hold herself accountable. She is a ball of sunshine and will make you laugh in the best way she knows how.
