Lindsay started her fitness journey during college after gaining the “freshman 15”. She started off by doing Insanity workouts in her college dorm room and later started experimenting with running and yoga to stay in shape. She soon realized that although cardio workouts are great for losing weight, to get the real toned look, you need to incorporate weightlifting. She found her true passion through the own changes she was able to make with her body and decided to become a trainer full time!
Lindsay’s training approach is rooted in consistency and sustainability. She loves helping her clients find a way to balance training and diet in their lives that’s not overbearing but still gets results.
When Lindsay isn’t training, you can find her on Youtube or on her couch eating gluten free pretzels with her dog, Paisley.
