Lalah’s passion for fitness started at a young age where she participated in sports like Gymnastics, Swimming and Track. She gravitated more towards the water and swam competitively for her university.
Once graduated, Lalah entered the corporate world and found it challenging to maintain her athletic lifestyle. After a few years of training on her own, she found she needed more inspiration and variety in her workouts. After a lot of trial and error, Lalah realized that one style of working out did not work for her. She began to mix-up her workouts between Lifting, Boxing, Jump Rope, Yoga, Swimming, Crossfit, Running and Bootcamp. By combining Strength, Cardio and HITT training, Lalah was able to increase her strength and make working out something she can look forward to.
More recently, she has started to put more focus on her diet and counting her macronutrients which has been a complete game changer in getting that more sculpted look.
Working 50+ hours per week, Lalah understands the difficulty of finding the time to focus on health and fitness. Her training approach is to find an individualized program that works for your body and schedule that is sustainable, consistent and most importantly FUN!
