Jake is a Certified Fitness Instructor & Performance Coach with 13 years of training experience and a background in soccer, tennis, CrossFit and running. Jake combines athletic performance with functional fitness to help clients reach their peak. His philosophy centers on consistency, effort, mindset, staying hungry, pushing limits, and building confidence every day.
