An NPC Bikini competitor specializing in weight training, Liz has been a NASM certified personal trainer since 2018.

Active in sports throughout her life, she found her passion in bodybuilding. She has gained a following sharing her journey and information on socials, being able to work with brands like Gymshark and Buffbunny.

She started her training career at Rutgers University training students as young as 18 to faculty as old as mid 60s. Now, she’s a part of the Project Sculpt team.
